We're seeking a

passionate, dedicated, and creative Lead Teacher

with a valid NYS Teacher Certification to join our preschool team and foster a classroom where children thrive through play, exploration, and discovery. Position Overview:

As the Lead Teacher, you'll design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons across early childhood domains--literacy, math, science, and the arts. You'll nurture children's cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development, guide your classroom with consistency and compassion, and build strong partnerships with families and colleagues.

Qualifications (NYS Certification Required):

Current NYS Teaching Certification

in Early Childhood (Birth-2), or Childhood Education (N-6 or 1-6)

Bachelor's degree

in Early Childhood Education or a related field (

Master's preferred

) Proven

classroom experience

with preschool or early elementary children Strong understanding of

child development

and effective early learning practices Excellent

communication

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
