Lead Preschool Teacher (ECE Certified) - Full-Time | $21-$23/hr


Pay: $21-$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Location: Billerica


Job Summary:
The Learning Experience is seeking an ECE-certified Lead Preschool Teacher to join our childcare team. We're looking for passionate educators who want to inspire young children ages 2.5-4 through play-based learning, creativity, and discovery.


Responsibilities:


Lead, mentor, and guide assistant teachers.


Create a safe, nurturing, and fun classroom environment.


Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.


Communicate with families about children's progress.


Partner with leadership to meet classroom and enrollment goals.


Qualifications:


ECE certification (required in most states).


At least 6 months of teaching experience (1+ year preferred).


Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.


Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).


CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
