Lead Pharmacy Technician
to support our pharmacy operations and team members across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter patient data and adjudicate insurance claims
Prepare, label, and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision
Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstations
Assist with immunization preparation and administration
Mentor and train pharmacy staff
Support scheduling and internal audits
Float to other pharmacy locations as needed
Promote safety, compliance, and excellent patient care
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of pharmacy technician experience (2+ years with CHN Pharmacy preferred)
Registered and Certified Pharmacy Technician in Texas
High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree or technical training preferred
No prior disciplinary actions
Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and tech skills
Excellent communication and customer service
Leadership mindset and team-oriented
Bilingual in Spanish? That's a big plus!
Experience in compounding, IV admixture, or specialty pharmacy preferred
