What Are We Looking For?
Answer in-bound pharmacy patient calls
Make outbound calls to patients, pharmacies, and insurance carriers
Establish and maintain patient profiles including lists of medications, insurance and billing information
Verify patient profile information including address, insurance or allergy information
Complete medication transfers
Transcribe orders
Assist with patient referrals
Assist pharmacists on an as-needed basis
Communicate with nurse practitioners or healthcare providers
In person call center position
Full time
Pharmacy hours 8-6 Mon-Friday
Preferred qualifications:
Pioneer software experience
Basic knowledge of insurance and billing
Required qualifications:
