The Pastor is the spiritual overseer of the Church and is responsible for carrying out the Vision of Covenant Church ("To Know Jesus, To Make Him Known And To Follow The Leadership Of The Holy Spirit") within the Church and the Community.

Work with the Session in achieving the short and long-term vision of the Church in accordance with the Church bylaws and constitution.

Preparing Sermons, overseeing worship service (working with praise team)

Teaching Wednesday night Bible Study for adults .

Christmas Eve Service 11:00pm
Christmas Day Service (when it falls on Sunday)

Communicating the Vision:
Inside and Outside the Church
Pastoral Care of the Congregation. The pastor will personally perform:
Hospital visits
Jail visits
Nursing Home visits
Home visitations
Perform Rites
Holy matrimony
"No marriage may be performed by the Pastor in or outside of the Church which violates Romans 1:24-26; Matthew 19:4-9 and other scriptures concerning same-sex marriage".
Attaining Membership in accordance with the Church bylaws and constitution.
