Assist in communicating production priorities and procedures. Provide assistance on production lines in problem areas Essential Functions

• Identify material required for next run and ensure availability
• Assist supervisor in identifying required personnel assignments and monitors for effectiveness.
• Identifies equipment set up and assist supervisor in communication process.
• Monitors product to ensure acceptable quality throughout process.
• Assists supervisor with training.
• Make checks of production equipment before during and end of shift
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications

• Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions along with basic math skills
• Ability to work in and operate equipment in Curing and RRP department
• Minimum 6 months previous experience
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends

Physical Demands/Work Environment

• Routinely lift up to 35lbs
• Casual bending, stooping, pulling, crouching and standing
• Safety oriented, fast pace quality driven
