Lead .NET Developer

to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions in a regulated financial environment.###

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications using

.NET Core / .NET Framework

Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best-practice guidance to development teams
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate banking requirements into technical solutions
Design and implement

RESTful APIs

, microservices, and service-oriented architectures
Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and compliance with banking regulations
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production support activities
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause analysis
Mentor junior developers and promote Agile/Scrum best practices
Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for seamless delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years

of experience in software development with

.NET technologies

Strong expertise in

C#,

ASP.NET

, .NET Core, Web API, MVC

Mandatory experience in

Banking / Financial Services

domain
Hands-on experience with

SQL Server

and database design/performance tuning
Strong understanding of

microservices architecture

and API integrations
Experience with

cloud platforms

(Azure preferred)
Solid experience with

CI/CD tools

(Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git)
Knowledge of

security standards

(OAuth2, JWT, encryption, secure coding)
Experience working in

Agile/Scrum

environments
Excellent communication and leadership skills
