Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in restoration and remediation services, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration. As a Lead Technician, you will oversee project execution, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards while leading a team of technicians.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of restoration projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks including carpet cleaning and asbestos abatement. Perform water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration services efficiently. Assess job sites for hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks during restoration processes. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines. Communicate effectively with clients to explain the scope of work and address any concerns or questions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restoration services such as water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, or related fields. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the industry. Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams or projects preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in restoration or remediation are a plus. IICRC Preferred
