Lead Medical Assistant (MA)

to support our growing team. This is a

hybrid position

that may include general dermatology, skin cancer surgeries, vein procedures, and cosmetic services.

Responsibilities include:

Providing clinical support to providers Leading and mentoring a team of medical assistants Coordinating daily workflow and patient care Assisting with procedures and treatments

Qualifications:

Must be dependable, caring, and professional Strong leadership and communication skills required Able to work well in a fast-paced environment Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm

Experience:

Prior medical assisting experience required Dermatology or surgical experience preferred, but not mandatory

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience) Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekends Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off & holidays
Work Location: In person, Venice (off I-75 & Jacaranda Blvd.)
