Job Description

The Lead Manufacturing Engineer will drive continuous improvement initiatives and oversee the manufacturing processes within the plastics industry. This role requires a results-driven professional with a strong technical background and problem-solving mindset.

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all processes.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing staff.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the production environment.
• Maintain documentation and reports related to manufacturing activities and improvements.
