We're seeking an experienced

Residential Maintenance Lead Technician / Supervisor

-- a master-level hands-on professional with strong skills in

HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

This is the highest-level maintenance position in our company, responsible for both performing complex repairs and leading the maintenance team to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality workmanship across all properties.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and oversee advanced

HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

repairs and troubleshooting. Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians in the field. Manage daily maintenance schedules, work orders, and technician assignments. Conduct detailed property inspections to identify preventive maintenance opportunities. Coordinate with management on move-ins, turnovers, and emergency service calls. Oversee and work directly with subcontractors and vendors for specialized services. Maintain accurate documentation of completed repairs, materials used, and costs. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and compliant with city and building codes. Recommend long-term maintenance solutions and system upgrades to improve property performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on residential maintenance experience.

Expert-level proficiency in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems required.

Ability to diagnose complex maintenance issues quickly and accurately. Proven leadership and team coordination skills. Strong understanding of safety practices, building codes, and compliance requirements. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
