Lead Machine

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls and texts to homeowners using provided lead lists and CRM tools. Spark genuine conversations that identify motivation and selling timelines. Qualify leads and hand them off to our acquisitions or listing team for next steps. Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and communication in the CRM. Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics. Participate in ongoing sales training and feedback sessions to sharpen your edge.

Compensation

10% of Net Commission Received

on every deal that closes from your sourced leads.

Ideal Candidate

Confident communicator with a natural ability to connect and build rapport. Results-driven, competitive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or real estate lead generation preferred, but not required. Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and accountability. Organized and reliable -- keeps track of lead progress and communicates with the team effectively.
