What You'll Do:
Lead the line with confidence during busy brunch rushes and when fulfilling catering orders
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all menu items
Support management with prep lists, training, and daily operations
Keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and running smoothly
Uphold safety, sanitation, and team communication standards
Assist with food inventory
Bring a balance of energy, creativity, and leadership to every shift
Who You Are:
Experienced line cook or lead with strong brunch or breakfast experience
Thrive under pressure -- you can cook, lead, and laugh all at once
Passionate about fresh ingredients, teamwork, and great food
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Ready to grow your leadership skills in a fun, fast-moving and sometimes stressful environment
