About the Role

As a

Lead Kitchen Helper and Dishwasher

, you help keep the kitchen running and

support other staff.

You guide daily cleaning routines, help set up and clean up meals, and make sure kitchen spaces stay

safe and organized.

You work side by side with the team and help newer staff learn the job.


This role keeps you active and gives you a chance to

grow your leadership skills

while supporting camp each day.

What You Will Do

--------------------

Oversee

dishwashing and cleaning

routines. Help direct setup and cleanup of dining spaces. Restock drinks, breakfast items, condiments, and other food supplies. Help

train and support

kitchen helpers and dishwashers. Keep the kitchen, dining, and storage areas

clean and organized

. Take out trash and recycling. Sweep, mop, and help with deeper cleaning when needed.

Step in where needed

to keep the day moving smoothly.

Your work keeps the kitchen functioning,

helps other staff stay on track

, and ensures meals are served safely and on time.

Who We Are Looking For

Someone who

shows up

on time and

works hard

. Able to

support others

and

give clear direction

when needed. Comfortable working in a busy kitchen.

18 or older

and able to lift, stand, and move throughout the day.

Calm and steady

when things get busy. Kitchen or cleaning experience is helpful but not required. Communicates with the team and checks in when unsure.

We expect people to show up fully, work hard, communicate clearly, and support one another.
