What You'll Do:

Lead the installation of HVAC systems including ductwork, thermostats, air handlers, and compressors - all to the highest standards. Manage a one-install-per-day schedule, focusing on quality and precision. Ensure every job meets our rigorous standards - nothing is overlooked, and every step is followed systematically. Be the team leader on the job site, double-checking work, troubleshooting, and maintaining integrity. Use your EPA Universal Certification and experience to uphold and teach best practices. Take ownership of your projects, including callbacks and warranty work, with a commitment to doing it right the first time. Work in an environment that is 85% residential and 15% commercial; relevant commercial install experience is preferred but doesn't need to be an expert. Be prepared to pass a Motor Vehicle Report, as you will be driving a company vehicle to and from work--these vehicles will be taken home for dispatch ease.

Who You Are:

Minimum three years of installation experience in HVAC, with some commercial install experience preferred. EPA Universal Certified. A leader who takes responsibility, pays attention to detail, and cares about every job. Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report to qualify for company vehicle use. A team player ready to grow with us.
