Position Summary:

We are seeking a

thorough and motivated Lead Housekeeper

to oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards, ensure a positive guest experience, and supervise housekeeping operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all areas of the facility to established standards and within set timeframes. Provide excellent customer service to all guests and team members. Create daily work schedules and record all serviced rooms. Ensure all housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition. Report shortages, damages, maintenance issues, or security concerns promptly. Handle reasonable guest complaints or requests professionally and escalate when necessary. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables. Comply with all health, safety, and company regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field. Ability to work independently while remaining motivated and organized. Strong customer service orientation. Excellent prioritization and time management skills. Professional demeanor with keen attention to detail and efficiency.
