Homewright Handyman - Norton, MA

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Company Van + Tools | Paid Holidays | PTO

Homewright Handyman is seeking a highly skilled Lead Handyman with 10 years of experience in the trades.

This position requires strong carpentry, window/door installation, deck repair, flooring, plumbing, electrical, painting, and field estimating experience. This is a senior-level role that operates close to a Construction Supervisor level. CSL is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry, repairs, installations, and multi-trade handyman tasks

Install/repair doors, trim, windows, flooring, decks, and exterior components

Troubleshoot minor plumbing and electrical issues

Paint, patch drywall, perform finish work, and complete interior repairs

Provide accurate field estimates (measurements, scope, time, materials)

Identify potential additional labor/material needs

Communicate clearly with clients and office staff

Review daily/weekly job notes and arrive prepared

Maintain clean, safe, professional job sites

Mentor and guide apprentices or helpers

Requirements

Many years experience in the trades (required)

Strong skills in carpentry, windows/doors, flooring, plumbing, electrical, painting

Proven experience providing accurate estimates for repair-based projects

Must be trustworthy entering clients' homes

Background check + drug screening required

Valid, clean, and insurable driver's license

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

CSL preferred or willing to obtain

Company will pay for CSL schooling for qualified candidates

CSL course training and test available for the right candidate

Schedule

Monday-Friday

Optional Saturdays depending on workload
