CityCheers is looking for a creative and motivated

Lead Graphic Designer

to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing visually compelling designs across social media, marketing collateral, and website platforms. The ideal candidate combines artistic skill with technical expertise in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Hootsuite to deliver professional, on-brand content that drives engagement and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a creative team

responsible for designing and scheduling social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Oversee and support

website design and updates

within WordPress, ensuring visuals align with brand standards and provide a seamless user experience. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate campaign goals into impactful visual content. Uphold and evolve CityCheers'

brand identity

, ensuring consistency across all digital and print channels. Provide creative direction, establish design standards, and ensure all team deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience leading a design or creative team. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

Canva

WordPress

. Familiarity with

Hootsuite

or other social media management tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand strategy. Ability to design for both

digital and print

with a high level of attention to detail. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
