: The Lead Generator at APIC Solutions is responsible for initiating and qualifying early-stage sales conversations with prospective clients across education, government, and several large critical enterprise markets. This role is a vital front-end contributor to APIC's customer for life process, focused on high-quality meeting creation, not volume-based outreach. This individual will research target accounts, engage decision-makers with thoughtful, insight-driven messaging, qualify opportunities, and schedule discovery meetings for Business Development Executives.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Outbound Call and Marketing Initiatives
Pipeline and Appointment Generations
Lead Qualification
Telephonically "cold calling" prospective accounts
Telephonically "warm calling" into existing customers and ongoing prospects
Talk and virtually host prospects/customers through our website
Schedule between 20-40 appointments weekly for the APIC Solutions MDEs and AMs
Utilize APIC's HubSpot CRM, by adding contacts and company details along with recording tasks, appointments and other account management details
Work with APIC Solutions Account Managers to qualify and strategically approach opportunities
Support APIC Solutions marketing initiatives and participate in discussions on how to better communicate our offering to prospects
Pursue training and personal development

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience and/or knowledge of setting appointments and developing leads
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
Ability to understand customer requirements, discern the best solution for achieving client goals, while satisfying customer requirements
Understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance appropriate for the position
Must be detail oriented and have multitasking abilities

Experience call center environment
