Lead Generation Representative

The Game Plan (Your Role):

This is the perfect launchpad for your career in a rapidly growing business. You'll be the "engine" of our Lead Generation team, qualifying new and renewal prospects to keep our sales advisors busy. We provide the leads and the scripts--you provide the personality and the drive!

What You'll Be Doing:

The Outreach:

Manage high-volume outbound calls and SMS (text) to keep our sales pipeline overflowing.

The Filter:

Identify and qualify leads by chatting with farmers and ranchers to understand their unique needs.

The Architect:

Maintain clean, accurate records in our CRM so no lead gets left behind.

The Team Player:

Collaborate with our experts to sharpen strategies and hit team targets.

What You Bring to the Team:

The Experience:

You have

1+ years of Customer Service experience

(if it was in a

Call Center

environment, even better!).

The Voice:

You're articulate, energetic, and can build rapport with a stranger in seconds.

The Resilience:

You can counter objections with a positive attitude and a smile.

The Tech:

Strong computer skills and the ability to juggle data entry while talking.

The Drive:

You're self-motivated, manage your time like a pro, and love hitting (and exceeding) goals.

Schedule:

Flexible day shift, 37.5 hour work weeks, Monday-Friday. (Enjoy your weekends!).
