Qualifications
5 - 10 years
of professional experience as a full-stack engineer in high-growth, technical environments (ideally B2B SaaS).Foundational training from world-class engineering organizations combined with startup experience.
Strong technical fundamentals and ability to work seamlessly across frontend and backend.
A "founder's mindset" -- proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making independent decisions.
Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
