Job Description

We are seeking a Front-End Lead Software Engineer (Hybrid) for a 6-Month Contract with a fortune 100 company in the Retail Industry in Charlotte NC. The Front-End Lead Software Engineer will resolve complex problems spanning multiple applications to drive improvements across portfolios; leads projects with significant business implications, participates in planning and priority estimates, and advises Software Engineers; executes with limited guidance. This Position is Contract to Hire, only accepting W2 Candidates.

Pay Range: $70-$85/hr w2

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) 2-days on site a week. :

• Supports systems integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for large, complex, cross-functional application initiatives by providing insight to testing teams to ensure the appropriate depth of test coverage.
• Informs others in all software development lifecycle phases by applying and sharing an in-depth understanding of company and industry methodologies, policies, standards, and controls.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience with hands-on UI Development
• 7+ years\' Experience as a Software Developer (SDLC)
• 6+ years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in Database Technologies
• Full stack experience with Java
• Strong hands-on Front-end Development Experience using React.js.
• Experience with Systems Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience with RESTful API\xe2\x80\x99s
• Scripting Experience
• Experience building distributed systems at Internet Scale
• Experience with testing tools Jest, Enzyme, Mocha, Selenium etc.
