LEAD FLEXOLOGIST - PIONEER WELLNESS IN POWELL, OH

dynamic Lead Flexologist

Your Mission: Lead with Purpose

As Lead Flexologist, you'll be a driving force in three key areas:

1. Team Leader & Mentor

Coach and develop a team of certified Flexologists through training and skill-building workshops Lead technique sessions to refine StretchLab's proprietary methodology Elevate service quality and ensure every client interaction is exceptional Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and team unity

2. Client Wellness Architect

Deliver customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to help clients meet their health and mobility goals Design individualized programs based on detailed movement assessments Build deep, long-term client relationships through education and trust Champion a client-first mindset and results-oriented approach

3. Studio Strategist

Partner with the Studio Manager to optimize team scheduling and client service during peak hours Help drive outreach efforts to increase visibility and educate the community Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients and staff Support studio operations while empowering the team to succeed

What You Bring to the Team

Required Background (one or more of the following):

Physical Therapy Assistant or Aide Certified Personal Trainer Massage Therapist Dance, Yoga, or Pilates Instructor

Minimum Qualifications:

Current fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) 1+ year of experience training clients (1:1 or group setting) Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development Excellent communication, motivation, and organizational abilities

Training & Development Path

Online Training:

20-hour mastery course on our proven stretching techniques

In-Person Intensive:

2-day hands-on training with master instructors

Ongoing Development:

Continued education and leadership support to fuel your growth

Schedule & Availability

Full-Time:

30-40 hours/week

Peak Availability:

Must be available during mornings, evenings, and weekends Flexibility to manage sessions, training, and studio support duties
