We help clients look and feel their best with modern sun, spray & spa equipment and a clean, welcoming experience. Pay:

$22-$24/hr + 10% incentive compensation

Team:

You + one technician

Schedule:

Monday-Friday,

7:30am-4:30pm

(occasional flexibility for extended repairs, special projects, or rare weekend needs).

Optional 4x10 schedule may be available based on business needs and team coverage.

Territory:

Spokane + North Idaho (company van provided)

About the Role

Lead a small, dependable service team while staying hands-on in the field. You'll schedule and prioritize work orders, perform advanced repairs, manage inventory, and ensure equipment across all locations stays reliable and ready for clients.

What You'll Do

Review, prioritize, and approve work orders Schedule work for yourself and your technician Perform advanced mechanical/electrical repairs Troubleshoot escalated issues and hardware/device problems (drivers, peripherals, LAN-connected devices) Order and manage parts inventory (lamps, filters, valves) Plan preventive maintenance cycles (e.g., relamps, details) Create simple SOPs for recurring repairs/processes Report downtime trends to the Director of Operations Conduct bi-weekly 1:1s with your technician
