Our client, a leader in the electronics testing and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Lead Engineering Technician to join their team. As a Lead Engineering Technician, you will be part of the Engineering Support Department supporting testing and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, self-motivation, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform hands-on testing of Inertial and Guidance Electronics products across various environmental conditions.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing test documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Set up, program, and operate specialized test equipment to execute Acceptance Test Procedures.
• Handle and manipulate delicate hardware and circuit card assemblies with care and precision.
• Maintain detailed test logs, follow procedures meticulously, and communicate test results effectively.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government regulations.
• Minimum of two years experience with general test equipment including oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, and power supplies.
• Formal technical training from an educational institution or the U.S. military is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.
