The Field Service/Support Specialist is a vital contributor to the technical operations of Lifetouch Area Offices and JCPenney Studios. This hands-on role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of equipment-from studio and office systems to Lifetouch Camera System components and facility technologies. With a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing performance across multiple locations, the ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in field operations, systems integration, and infrastructure support.
