Lead Drywall Tech Reporting to General Manager

Responsibilities
Perform drywall repairs, including patching, sanding, texturing, and finishing, according to company standards.
Adapt to various job requirements, demonstrating proficiency and flexibility in handling multiple trades including but not limited to painting, carpentry, minor electrical, ext.
Assist in training and supporting co-workers while contributing to an efficient and safe work environment.
Engage with clients professionally, understanding their needs and ensuring the work meets or exceeds their expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized work area, and comply with safety protocols on every project.
Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets company quality standards.
Use company software for job documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
All other duties as needed
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in drywall repair and finishing or equivalent trade experience.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor environments.
No felonies related to violence, sex offenses, or theft.
