Lead Dry Clean

Full Time - Hourly

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The base hiring pay for this role is $21.70 per hour/week.

Job Responsibilities

Record man hours for each job. Scrape barn in accordance with SOP. Maintain equipment according to maintenance plan. Ensure ALL equipment is cleaned between jobs. Follow ALL biosecurity procedures. Report any damage to farm manager and support supervisor. Ensure all people are wearing proper PPE at all times according to the Safety Absolutes! Make sure that any problems are reported to supervisor in a timely manner. Follow all harassment rules reporting any issues to supervisor immediately

Minimum Qualifications

Good work history Must have a valid driver's license with good vehicle operating record Must be in good physical condition (able to wear respiratory, eye protection, and any/all safety protection wear for extended periods of time). No restrictions against physical repetitive activities of bending, twisting, or lifting. No restrictions prohibiting work in a hot, dusty environment with ammonia present Must have basic math ability to perform record keeping tasks Must possess the ability to effectively manage and lead people Able to work both inside and outside in varying degrees of temperature and humidity While performing job duties be able to bend and twist continuously, work above ground on a scissor lift occasionally Carry 10 - 60 pound containers of disinfectants occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Valid class "A" CDL driver's license
