Lead Driver/Supervisor duties:

Responsible for supervising the Inbound/Outbound operations. Responsibilities include the execution and delivery of Safety, Customer Experience, and Efficiency while supporting a culture of employee engagement. Direct small groups of staff in Dock Operations; Outbound and Inbound Services, and route assignments.

Requirements

Minimum Age 22 years at the time of application Valid Class A or B CDL Clean driving record Must meet D.O.T. physical requirements Lead driver role and/or dock operations leadership experience Process-oriented and results-oriented and resourceful. Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking and decision-making skills. Collaborative; builds and works with teams. Must be able to perform various physical activities to include frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and overhead work. Must be physically capable to operate all applicable company equipment safely.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.75 per hour
