We are seeking a hardworking, high-energy dispatcher to join our team. You'll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and keeping our daily operations running smoothly by scheduling service calls and providing support to our field technicians. Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments from incoming phone calls, emails, and online chats Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently based on location and expertise Monitor technician GPS and the dispatch board to ensure maximum efficiency and adjust schedules throughout the day to accommodate emergency service calls Communicate clearly with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates throughout the day Call customers to schedule preventive maintenance appointments Assist service technicians with ordering warranty parts and processing warranty claims Order office supplies and assist with basic marketing initiatives Attend weekly company service meetings Be able to assist service technicians with after-hours or weekend scheduling during extreme weather/peak season

Qualifications:

A customer-centric attitude with an eagerness to exceed expectations Previous experience as a dispatcher, logistics, customer service, or in a similar position. Confidence and comfort on the phone are a must! Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask Thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field service software is a plus
