Position Summary




The Director of Client & Creative Experience is a pivotal role that bridges strategic planning, operational excellence, and customer-centric marketing execution. This individual will drive cross-functional initiatives that elevates creative performance, streamline operations, and enhance client engagement through targeted campaigns and communications. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a passion for customer success, and a deep understanding of integrated marketing.

Key Responsibilities



Creative Strategy, Execution, & Oversight



Provide strategic direction and oversight for creative deliverables, delivering impactful creative assets, ensure brand consistency, drive high-quality and timely execution, in alignment with business goals across campaigns, presentations, and client-facing materials Manage relationship with external vendors & agencies Financial planning and advisory for creative development Creative leadership across Web, email, DM, print, social, paid, etc channels

Client Success Support



Collaborate with account teams and key strategic accounts to understand customer needs and translate them into impactful marketing communication strategies. Create and manage campaigns that drive member engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Develop communication plans and content that support onboarding, education, and ongoing client needs.

Management & Planning



Lead project plan development and project management across key workstreams for high profile clients and campaigns. Ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives, reporting, and escalations when required

Innovation & Process Enablement



Champion the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and best practices that drive innovation in both operational and marketing functions. Identify, prioritize, and implement improvements to existing platforms and processes (e.g., digital onboarding, digital experience, etc.) to enhance scalability, operational efficiency, and client experience. Identify tools and technology to enable Marketing Personalization and unlock Segmentation based marketing Scale campaigns and asset awareness across Plans & Customers with a robust creative library that is of high utility to clients and marketers (KPI of # clients per campaign)

Requirements



Ability to manage stakeholders Strong ability to facilitate in a matrixed environment, manage stakeholders Background in creative development and processes This is a newly create role and will require self starter with the ability to think strategically and work in ambiguity while building VS being advised on how to build.

Education



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range




The typical pay range for this role is:


$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
