About the Role

You'll wear two hats: helping deliver exceptional clinical care and providing warm, efficient customer service that makes every patient feel at home.

Clinical Duties (Dental Assistant)

Assist the dentist chairside during procedures Take x-rays, impressions, temporary crowns, and intraoral photos Ensure treatment rooms are prepped, clean, and stocked Educate patients about oral care and aftercare Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Customer Service Coordination

Greet and seat patients with a smile and a helpful attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments when needed Verify insurance and help patients understand their coverage when needed Create and present treatment plans with compassion and clarity Manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and follow-ups when needed
