To prosper as a Lead Dental Assistant, you should have:

At least 2 years of continuous experience Dental Assistant Certification or Associate's degree in Dental Assisting program Stellar verbal and written communication skills Must have X-Ray certification

More about your role as a Lead Dental Assistant:

Prepare patients for dental work Sterilize and disinfect instruments, setting up trays including fillings, cleanings, root canals, extractions, crown and bridge work, dental implants, etc. Collect and record medical and dental history oversee dental supply inventory and ordering
