We are looking for Lead Dental Assistant with strong restorative skills and a passion for patint care and teamwo. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and able to take initiative in leading the clinical area while creating a positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities
-Assist chairside for restorative, prosthdontic, endodontic, oral surgery and orthodontic procedures
- Perform high-quality crown and bridge temps, comfortable with removable appliances
-intraoral scanning
- Maintain smooth clinical flow and help manage clinical systems and supplies
-Educate and engage patients about their treatment and oral health
-Support and motivate team members to ensure clinical excellence and efficiency
