About the Role:

As our Lead Dental Assistant, you'll play a key role in shaping the success of our clinical team. You'll oversee daily operations in the back office, support a growing team of assistants, and ensure our patients receive a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience as a Lead Dental Assistant, are comfortable managing supply orders and inventory, and have experience creating and maintaining staff schedules. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow alongside a progressive, forward-thinking practice.
