We help residents receive their packages safely and on time, while also providing doorstep trash and recycling collection. Job Summary:

We're looking for a dependable and motivated

Lead Delivery Associate

to join our Tucson team! In this role, you'll deliver packages from the package room to residents' doors, manage on-site package organization, and ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery service.

This position has strong growth potential -- as Bundle continues expanding in the Tucson area, this role could grow into a

Market Operations Manager

responsible for managing new properties and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver packages to residents' doors safely, accurately, and on schedule. Manage and organize package inventory in the package room. Communicate professionally with residents and property staff. Ensure timely delivery in accordance with company procedures. Assist with scanning, sorting, and verifying packages as needed. Maneuver package carts through hallways, elevators, and doorways safely.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior delivery, logistics, or customer service experience preferred. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs and navigate stairs and elevators. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
