WEBBY Dance Company is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated

Dance and Gymnastics Instructors

to join our team! Our mission is to enrich the lives of children through movement by delivering fun, engaging classes in local schools, childcare centers, and after-school programs.

This is

not a seasonal position

. We offer comprehensive paid training, a supportive and energetic work environment, and opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules--all with

no weekend or evening work

and recognition of school holidays.

What You'll Do

Travel to various school and childcare locations. Consistently demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and professionalism. Lead action-packed classes using the WEBBY curriculum. Communicate effectively with school staff and the WEBBY team. Help maximize enrollment and introduce as many children as possible to our programs. Represent the WEBBY brand and mission with integrity.

What We're Looking For

Experience working with young children. Background in dance or gymnastics. A valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle. Ability to pass a background check. (Preferred) Experience in Early Childhood Education.
