HandymanCo Home Services is looking for experienced, multi-skilled Craftsmen who can own projects from start to finish while also contributing as a team member on larger projects requiring more than one person.
We are primarily hiring Senior / Lead Craftsmen who are capable of managing jobs end-to-end -- including quoting, planning, customer communication, and execution -- as well as mentoring junior team members as we grow.
HandymanCo provides homes throughout the Wasatch Front with quality craftsmanship for repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects. We are seeking highly motivated, professional craftsmen with strong skills across multiple trades who want more ownership, responsibility, and earning potential than a typical hourly handyman role.

Unlike traditional handyman positions, this role is designed for craftsmen who want to run their own jobs within a well-run company.
As a Lead Craftsman at HandymanCo, you will:
Quote your own work (with training, templates, and support provided)
Plan materials, labor, and scope
Execute the job to completion
Be accountable for quality, efficiency, and customer experience
We handle marketing, lead generation, scheduling support, systems, software, and back-office operations, so you can focus on delivering excellent work -- while still having real ownership over your jobs.
Compensation & Earning Potential

Base hourly pay: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience
Performance bonuses tied directly to job execution, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties
Perform handyman and remodeling projects ranging from small repairs to full remodels
Quote jobs accurately using company systems and templates
Plan materials, labor, and job execution
Manage assigned projects from start to finish
Earn the customer's confidence and identify additional work opportunities when appropriate
Look for additional projects or value-add improvements on each job
Utilize company software effectively (job check-in/out, estimates, invoicing, payments, photos, notes)
Qualifications
Experience as a Handyman / Craftsman completing projects requiring multiple skill sets
Strong overall knowledge of multiple trades
Comfortable communicating with homeowners and managing expectations
Knowledge of licensing rules and regulations
Own standard set of tools (specialty tools provided as needed)
Own a truck or van
Current and valid driver's license
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to utilize company technology effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
