Lead Countertop Installer

to join our team and oversee installation projects from start to finish.

Position Overview:

The Lead Countertop Installer will be responsible for managing installation crews, ensuring accurate and efficient countertop installations, and maintaining a professional jobsite. This position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage countertop installation crews on residential and commercial projects Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications Perform accurate countertop installations Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations Communicate with project managers, builders, and customers regarding project progress Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site Maintain a safe and organized jobsite Train and mentor installation team members

Qualifications:

3+ years of countertop installation experience (stone, quartz, solid surface preferred) Previous leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Strong problem-solving and communication skills Proficiency with installation tools and equipment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
