About the Role



We're looking for a highly organized, fast-responding Lead Coordinator to manage inbound leads and keep our sales and install calendar running smoothly.

This role is critical to our growth. You'll be the first point of contact for new leads--responsible for immediate outreach, consistent follow-up, booking quote appointments, and assigning qualified leads to our sales reps. You'll also assist with scheduling installations once jobs are sold.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Management & Follow-Up



Respond to new inbound leads immediately (text, call, email) Follow up consistently until a quote appointment is scheduled Qualify leads and assign them to the appropriate sales rep Keep all lead activity organized and updated in our CRM (GoHighLevel)

Scheduling & Coordination



Schedule quote appointments for sales reps Assist with scheduling installations once jobs are sold Coordinate between sales reps and installers to avoid conflicts Ensure jobs move smoothly from "sold" to "installed"

Systems & Communication



Maintain accurate notes and pipeline stages in the CRM Flag issues, delays, or unresponsive leads Communicate clearly with sales reps and operations

What We're Looking For



Strong communication skills (phone, text, email) Extremely organized and detail-oriented Comfortable handling a high volume of leads Fast response times (you understand urgency) Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel a plus) Scheduling or dispatch experience is a big plus Self-motivated and reliable (this role runs on consistency)

Nice to Have (Not Required)



Experience in home services, solar, roofing, or construction Experience working with remote sales teams Familiarity with appointment setting or inside sales support

What Success Looks Like



Leads are contacted within minutes, not hours Quote calendars stay full Sales reps only talk to qualified, scheduled prospects Install schedules are clean, accurate, and on time Nothing falls through the cracks

Compensation



Hourly pay (based on experience) Performance bonuses tied to booked appointments and completed installs Opportunity for growth as the company scales into new markets
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Work Location: Remote
