Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Summary

Glenmeadow is seeking a Lead Concierge Supervisor to warmly greet and assist residents and members of the Glenmeadow community. This role is responsible for answering and directing telephone calls, responding to resident questions and concerns, monitoring the security system, performing clerical support duties, and providing transportation assistance as needed. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors, ensuring completion of visitor registration, determine the nature of the visit, and direct visitors as appropriate. Provide information to residents about programming and Glenmeadow happenings. Answers incoming telephone calls, determines the purpose of call, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or resident. Support the preparation of monthly billing for the Hospitality Department. Collect and record resident data to support program tracking and participation monitoring. Perform all clerical duties as assigned including filing and photocopying. Contribute to weekend on-call support and provide shift coverage when required. Track weekly inventory. Serves as a backup driver to support the Lead Driver as needed. Assist with the training of new Hospitality Department staff, both concierge and drivers. Compile quarterly transportation information to maintain accurate records and assess trends over time. Monitor security cameras. Program key access for residents, employees, and family members. All administrative duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

High School Diploma 2-3 years of customer service, reception experience, or administrative assistant experience. * Must be 21 years or older with valid driver's license
