Maid Right of the Main Line is currently seeking a Lead House Cleaner to join our team. As a Lead Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning residential and light commercial properties, as well as leading cleaning teams. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with evening hours if requested.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead House Cleaner located in and around Newtown Square, PA. The Lead House Cleaner will oversee daily cleaning operations, including performing high-quality cleaning services such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. Responsibilities include customer communication, maintaining cleaning standards, ensuring client satisfaction, and assisting in training and supporting cleaning staff. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage time and resources to meet client needs and operational goals. As the Lead Cleaner, you will be the main point of contact with the customer and your manager. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue through customer retention, and cleaner training. We require 1-3 years' experience for this position, but we will also train you on our Maid Right cleaning system that is effective and easy to learn.

Responsibilities:

Clean residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner Lead a team of two cleaners and ensure that all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and to our clients' satisfaction Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service Train new cleaners on our Maid Right cleaning system and ensure that all cleaners are meeting our high standards Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies

Compensation:

The Range for a Lead Cleaner is $20.00-$35.00 base pay + tips and commission
