Dust To Shine Cleaning is seeking an experienced, dependable Head Cleaning Technician to join our growing professional cleaning team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values quality and efficiency, and enjoys delivering exceptional service to clients.

Position Overview

As a Head Cleaning Tech, you will be responsible for completing full residential cleanings independently while maintaining Dust To Shine's high standards of detail, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed, full-home residential cleanings solo Manage time efficiently to complete cleanings to standard Maintain exceptional attention to detail Interact professionally with clients and represent the company with excellence Follow cleaning checklists, safety standards, and company procedures Use step stools and ladders safely Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
Requirements

Prior professional cleaning experience is REQUIRED Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Lexington, Richmond, and Central KY Must pass a background check and drug screening Physically capable of performing the job duties Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and stay organized
