We are looking for an experienced house cleaner that can safely drive one of our teams to and from each job site and clean with the team.

Responsibilities include:

Driving

Meet at the team pickup point on time Transport the team to and from job sites Arrive at destinations on schedule Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use (save receipts) Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays Use navigation applications to determine the best route Interact with clients professionally at all times
Cleaning

Vacuuming, mopping, and drying the floors Collecting and disposing of general waste or recyclable items Sanitizing and disinfecting areas or surfaces within a home, office, or facility Dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets or rugs, and washing inside windows, ceilings, and walls Clean kitchens, bathrooms, or any areas as assigned by the team lead Follow cleaning checklist Responding to complaints and inquiries from homeowners Notify supervisors of accidents or issues that occur when cleaning Interact with cleaning team respectfully and professionally at all times Attending training sessions to stay updated on current cleaning standards

This position:

Full-Time Consistent Monday - Friday Schedule Weekends No Nights Paid Weekly Training provided
We are looking for full-time team members that:

have professional house cleaning experience Reliable Hard-working Thorough Trustworthy Team player have a great attitude Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred
Minimum requirements:

Legally authorized to work in the United States Available Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 4:30pm Available Saturday and Sunday, 9am - 4:30pm Schedule will vary (5-6 days per week) Physically able to mop, vacuum, dust, bend, squat, reach up, and lift up to 20lbs. Must have your own vehicle to drive to meeting point in the west valley. Must have a valid Arizona drivers license Team lead or manager experience is required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
