Job Opportunity: Carpentry Foreman

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Carpentry Foreman to join our team and lead projects with professionalism, precision, and a commitment to quality.

Job Overview:

As a Carpentry Foreman, you will oversee and lead residential carpentry projects in the field. You will lead a team of carpenters, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, to specification, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations on job sites, including managing a team of carpenters and subcontractors.

Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of work.

Perform hands-on carpentry tasks, including framing, finish work, and custom projects.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Maintain a safe and organized job site in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to address any issues or changes.

Order and manage materials and tools for projects.

Conduct quality control inspections to uphold Care Free Homes' reputation for excellence.

Work alongside of and teach carpentry apprentices to help create the the next generation of quality craftsman

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
