What You'll Do:

? ?Lead and work alongside a crew on remodeling and building projects

Read blueprints and ensure top-quality results

Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks

Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites

Communicate clearly with managers, subs, and clients

Solve problems and keep projects running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

? Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role

? Solid knowledge of construction practices and tools

? Leadership and communication skills

? Self-motivated, organized, and dependable

? Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
