We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage service and create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties
Lead daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards
Mentor and train bartenders and bar staff on drink preparation, customer service, and safety protocols
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Prepare a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks with precision
Use POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing concerns promptly
Oversee night club or banquet bar services during special events or large parties
Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and perform basic math calculations for transactions
Collaborate with kitchen staff for food pairing suggestions and catering events when needed
Requirements
Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings with a strong knowledge of food handling and safety standards
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring team members in a hospitality environment
Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality venues
Familiarity with retail math concepts related to sales tracking and inventory management
Passion for brewing or mixology trends to enhance beverage offerings
