Position Overview



Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for delivering impeccable service and expertly crafted beverages? River Inn Harbor Town is seeking a Lead Bartender to help elevate our luxury restaurant and banquet reputation. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-end environment and takes pride in mentoring others while delivering unforgettable guest experiences.


Ideal Candidates Will Have:


Extensive experience in high-end or fine dining establishments Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and motivate staff Deep knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, with the confidence to educate and engage guests Exceptional customer service and communication abilities A refined palate and strong attention to detail in presentation and execution Flexibility to work peak service hours, weekends, and special events

Key Responsibilities:


Lead bar operations during service and events Set the standard for beverage quality, presentation, and service Support training and development of bartenders and bar staff Collaborate with restaurant and banquet leadership Create memorable guest experiences through knowledge, hospitality, and professionalism
