Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Experience in running a service well and fast-paced environments is highly valued.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide quick ticket times at the service well. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Manage inventory of bar supplies and assist with restocking as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and special promotions to enhance guest experience. Available to work Thurs-Saturday with frequent Wednesdays & Sundays.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience is required, especially at a service bar or fast paced dining environments. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. Flexibility to work evenings on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to help create memorable experiences for guests. POS Understanding. (we use Toast)
