The Lead, Bakery-Production can assist in any position on the production line regarding mixing and delivery of product from the freezer and/or oven. This position learns from the supervisor to fill in for day-to-day activity in their absence, when necessary. In addition to quality and compliance, it is the responsibility of Lead, Bakery-Production to contribute to maintaining a safe work environment for themselves, fellow employees and our customers.
